DESA report, recently presented at a UN conference, did not specify the causes that led to the intensification of extreme natural phenomena. The authors still leave the impression that this alarming rise is no stranger to global warming and climate change in decades. ”The consequences of these disasters are becoming more destructive and more countries see themselves powerless before nature unleashed. We believe it is imperative to create a foundation with a budget of about 4-5 billion dollars to help victims of natural disasters, of which most are in developing countries, “notes the same Vos.
